The kitchen / diner is bright and modern with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.. There is a large table in the kitchen and tenants are welcome to eat there. A cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the house.

There is also a very pretty garden with 2 patios for sitting outside in the better weather.

I am looking for a professional female tenant who is quiet, friendly and considerate. The room is available from 1 August 2024.
