A furnished double bedroom is available initially to late June in a spacious house in an excellent location. A longer term rental might also be possible but is not guaranteed. The room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden desk and chair. The rent reflects the initial short term rental.

There’s a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room, living room, laundry, bathroom with a shower and bath, downstairs toilet, and a back garden with bike storage. There’s good, fast broadband.

The house is 1 minute from the river and just 10 minutes’ walk across green spaces to the very centre of town. It’s in a quiet residential neighbourhood with local shops, cafes and pubs. Several supermarkets are a short bike ride away.

It’s a friendly household and we sometimes have board game evenings. We like to keep it clean and tidy. There are 2 female housemates in their mid-20's who both work locally (One is leaving soon). I'm a psychotherapist and work for the University. We have a friendly cat.

Bills are included and there are no fees to pay.
