Hi everybody!

A large double room is available in a nice well maintained house. The House located in a nice and silent neighborhood in Cambridge CB4 5-10 minutes walk from Aldi and bus stop and 10 minutes cycling from the centre. The house has 3 bathrooms with toilettes (everyone has it's own not sharing), a large garden, a big private car park on the driveway, fully equipped kitchen ( except dishwasher), a garage and a small house in the garden what we use as a playing or party room. The garden also has an above ground heated pool which will be back in work probably April, depends on the temperature. The room is furnished but you can feel free to bring anything with yourself and we can change it. The house will be on the market soon for sale so the max stay is probably 6 months or maybe 7, depends on when will be sold, so at least until end of July but probably more as the market is down a bit. Leaving notice will be given at least 2-3 months before move out date.
The price is 750 pcm no deposit required The price includes all the bills and the internet too.
2 people lives there at the moment, myself as 45 years old self-employed tyre and wheel technician who loves traveling and cooking especially outside during summer and Olivia who is a chef full time and very rarely seen by me. Both of us are quiet and tidy and expecting the same. But also like chatting or drink a beer and that's why we have the outside extra room and nobody will be bothered in the main house. Smoking means only outside of the main house.
We are looking for someone to join our small community preferably for a lady.
