I have a double bedroom available, it has a single bed in there at the moment but happy for you to replace with a double. It’s just me and my son in the property. He works from very early in the morning and has other commitments so he is rarely seen in the home however he does have his small son stay occasionally on the weekends. The house is very easy going. I am seeking a professional female to rent the room, as I am mostly here alone, I am happy for you to cook your own meals etc. I am hoping to find a respectful and tidy tenant who will treat the house as their home.

The property is a 30 min walk to Cambridge North station or a 15 min bus ride. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk. The same bus takes you to the city centre.
