Well insulated house with heatpump, solar panels and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house has a small garden with decking and chairs. There is also bike storage at the front and back of the house.

The house is located near the river allowing for an easy cycle into town.

I am moving out end of May, so would be looking to be taken over then. There is also the option to further renew the contract allowing you to stay in the house for however long that you wish.
