Cosy room available in a warm, peaceful home.

I work in tech but live at a slower pace — I'm a simple person who finds joy in the quieter things. Non-smoker, non-drinker, and music is a big part of my life (I play guitar, so you might hear the odd strum!).

The house has a small garden, and I keep it clean, cosy, and calm. I'm currently in the middle of decorating and would love someone who wants to be part of making it feel like a real home — not just a place to sleep.

Day-to-day I enjoy cooking together, movie nights, good music, and easy conversation. I'm looking for someone genuine, grounded, and drama-free — more friends sharing a home than just housemates passing in the hallway.

The room comes with use of a washer, dryer, toaster, toolkit, and shed in the garden (great if you have a bike).

All bills and council tax included at ~£950/month.
