Hello,
I am looking for a new flatmate, the start date is flexible.
The flat is on Ravenworth Gardens, 3mins walk from the train station and bus stops towards all Cambridgeshire. It is 7mins walk to Mills road.
There are 2 bedrooms, the walls are not connected, so there is a lot of privacy. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has a lot of storage space.
I am looking for someone that respects a cleaning rota and gets quiet after 11pm.
The bills are around 150 per month, per person, including council tax.
