One person only please for our Large Dbl bedroom. Dble bed, wooden floor, furnished, bay window, ground floor in a family home.
I live with my 2 children, 15 (boy) and 12 (girl) in a lovely house with a garden and large drive. Easy access to central cambridge on foot or by bike/car/bus.
We have 2 guinea pigs who live outside in the garden shed.
Communal area is the large kitchen. The main bathroom is upstairs, but there is another toilet/sink mini bathroom downstairs, which would essentialy be for your use only.
Looking for someone who is kind, clean and relatively self contained. Prefer a female professional but open to persuasion for the right fit. Open to students if rent can be guaranteed and week only let's. Open to short lets
