We have 1 room available to join us in our fun & friendly end terrace house just off Mill Road.

Bedroom description:
Located upstairs. This bedroom is full furnished with a double bed, chest of draws and a desk with chair.

The house has a good-sized kitchen, dining area, communal living space, two bathrooms and a beautiful, sunny outside patio (seriously good bbq space). Mill Road shops, cafes and restaurants are only a minute walk away and Cambridge city centre is a ten minute cycle.

Rent is £800 per month, including all bills.

We are 3 working professionals, software engineer, engineer and bio research scientist. We all enjoy cooking, being active (park run, tennis, hockey, cycling) and having friends round. We love a pub night but also a a night in with the TV. Our house feels like a lovely home and we are looking for a friendly fourth housemate to join us.
