This beautiful three-bedroom house has a big living room, kitchen and sunny garden and we are looking for a flatmate who would consider this house their home. As the room is really big we would consider a couple but at a higher rent of £1130 including bills.

We are looking for a PhD student, post-doc, or working professional who is happy to share household responsibilities and would enjoy a good homely atmosphere. We very much value open communication and would be happy if we help each other out and spend time together. I am working at the British Antarctic Survey (mostly in the office) and the other flatmate is a final year PhD student (mostly lab-based). In our spare time we enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, swimming/sailing as well as pub trips.
