Looking for a friendly lodger to share a newly renovated house. I just recently moved to Chelmsford to be closer to family. I love to cook and host dinners for them, so I am looking for someone who’s sociable and clean. The town centre is accessible by foot in under 10 mins and for commuters like me the train station is an 18 minute walk away. I am a journalist with a busy lifestyle. However, this is my home not just a place to sleep. I want it to feel like that for both myself, my family and my housemate. If you've got a green thumb I'll consider it a perk as I have no idea what to do with the garden when spring comes. And it's not essential, but this is an LGBTQIA friendly household.
