Anyone welcome as I did B&B and I'm very easy going... Have a friendly dog
Each large room has Tv fridge microwave kettle etc.... the good thing about non en suite is choice of bath or shower and doesn't incur separate Tv license
The beds and towels are changed weekly which seems to suit as most of my tenants seem away at week-ends
Instead of deposit I take rent in advance The price is for single occupancy of a large double sized room The rooms are self contained as it’s not a house share
