I have a spacious double room with toilet, shower and hand basin next door, and an En suite room. It is a three bedroom modern house. It is located in the lovely quiet village of Yapton.

There is a coop, pub, village hall, pharmacy and a chip shop all within walking distance.

Use of a shared kitchen which has all the mod cons

Yapton has very good bus routes to neighbouring villages and also to Bognor, Littlehampton and Chichester.

Two train stations less than two miles away and a further two less than five miles. So easy access to Chichester, Brighton and London.

Just a few miles to several beaches and the stunning South Downs National Park is also very close. You have the best of both on your doorstep.

There is parking for one car on my drive.
