So I am looking for a lodger/house guest on a part-time or short term basis. On account of this the rent is negotiable dependent on what nights you will be using the room. Sorry, but please do not message if you are looking for a full-time place - I am only looking for someone who needs to stay Monday to Friday most weeks.
The room is a small double. You will have your own bathroom. The lounge is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the garden nice to sit in. There is also off-street parking.
Mossley is a quiet town and the house is in a quiet area. I am very close to the canal here so lots of nice walks and greenery around. About a 20 minute walk from the train station in Mossley and 15 minutes from Greenfield station.
So yes, this will suit someone who doesn't need a full-time place.
