This ad is for a 1 Bed Property

Whole property:
£1,000pcm

Built in 1789, our home originally housed a Tannery. Now, in this completely separate part of our home, and retaining many of its original features, I have created a simple, comfortable "home from home" space, that I am able to let on a very flexible basis. The lodge can comfortably sleep up to two adults. The lodge consists of a kitchen, dining area, shower room, separate toilet and lounge/bedroom area. The monthly rental includes all bills.

The lodge is on the edge of the saddleworth moors with easy access to the peak district with fantastic hiking, mountain biking and wild swimming opportunities. There is equally easy access to the City of Manchester, perhaps for work, or to enjoy the rich cultural heritage and entertainment.
