Hi there :) my name's Sam, I'm 24 and a working professional in the city.

I'm looking for a new flat mate who's sociable and friendly. I'm happy to share my flat with someone who likes the occasional film night and cooking together, is clean and tidy (and doesn't mind a cleaning rota!) and who doesn't bring random strangers into our home.

My week consists of working full time (mon-fri), studying twice a week in the evenings and going to the gym. I respect someone who understands I have a busy week so doesn't mind keeping the week peaceful, but equally is up for the occasional loud weekend!

A few of my hobbies consist of:
- Working out
- Plants
- Cooking/baking
- Gaming (PS4)
- Yoga
- Movies/TV

This home is LGBTQ+ and BLM friendly, calming and positive environment.

Potentially a parking space is available, I would have to enquire.
