Room available for tenancy takeover ASAP, I am moving to live in a studio flat with my partner. The flatmates here are all very friendly and you will have no issue getting along with any of them, the kitchen is kept completely spotless. This flat has an en-suite bathroom, a double-sized bed, a massive desk, plenty of plugs sockets, 3 drawers, lots of shelving, under-bed storage, a wardrobe and is fully furnished. The potential person for the tenancy takeover should be a student attending Aston University. The pictures listed will be from Unite Student's website, and are not my exact room, but it is very similar. The price is £174p/w and includes all bills and broadband, and there is a deposit of £250 which you will get back at the end of the year.
