High end clean and very comfortable accomodation - Looking to fill my accomodation so I can move out.

Part of a 6 bedroom student flat with a ¾ double bed, loads of storage and a in a great new building opposite Aston Uni Campus. Convenient for BCU and Birmingham University. 5 minute wal from the town centre. Public transport is very convenient also.

Bentley House has its own free gym, common room, pool, table tennis tables and 65 inch TV, 100mb WiFi. Great facilities and staff. Check out the Facebook reviews!

The rent is £157 per week but I am willing to reduce this to £140 and the resident must be a student and over 18 years old.
