A nicely sized fully furnished flat. The available double bed room has its own toilet just opposite with bath/shower facilities.
The living room/ kitchen area has plenty of room I'm not much for decorating but have got a projector set up which is pefect for watching tv or playing games on the big bare wall.
The flats location is perfect as it's on the edge of the JQ that faces the city center so only a 10min walk to New Street. I don't drive so there is an internal gated parking place included.
I'm a very laid back creative into jewellery making and the arts just looking for someone who I can get on with and doesn't make a mess and is generally considerate.
All bill are included in the 740, except for the council tax which works out to be £90 a month.
