ENSUITE STUDENT ROOM – BAGOT STREET, BIRMINGHAM

💷 £121 PER WEEK – ALL BILLS INCLUDED

📍 Collegiate Bagot Street, Birmingham
📅 Available for immediate tenancy takeover
📆 Tenancy runs until 3rd September 2027.

⚠️ PLEASE READ THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE ENQUIRING

We are looking for a MALE STUDENT who is currently enrolled on a FULL-TIME UNIVERSITY COURSE.

This is a requirement set by Collegiate because the other four occupants in the apartment are male students. Unfortunately, female applicants and students who aren’t enrolled in full-time university education cannot be considered.

ABOUT THE ROOM

A fantastic opportunity to take over a tenancy at Collegiate Bagot Street, Birmingham.

The fully furnished private double bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and is situated within a modern five-bedroom student apartment.

The apartment offers a shared kitchen and living space, providing a comfortable environment to relax and socialise with fellow students.

🏠 ACCOMMODATION FEATURES:

• Fully furnished private double bedroom
• Private ensuite bathroom
• Shared kitchen and living area
• All bills included in the rent
• On-site gym
• Cinema room
• On-site laundry facilities
• Secure student accommodation
• Excellent central Birmingham location

LOCATION – IDEAL FOR BIRMINGHAM STUDENTS

Particularly convenient for students attending:

• MetFilm School
• Aston University
• Birmingham City University
• BIMM University
• University College Birmingham

With excellent access to Birmingham city centre, universities and public transport links.

RENT & PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

💷 £121 per week, including bills.

The rent is paid in three instalments:

• First payment: At the time of booking, covering the rent up to January 2027.
• Second payment: Covering January – May 2027.
• Final payment: Covering May – 3rd September 2027.

A £100 reservation fee is payable to secure the room, which is then deducted from the rent.

THE TENANCY TAKEOVER

The current tenant is changing to commuting to university from home, so we’re looking for someone to take over the remainder of the tenancy.

The existing flatmates are friendly male students, making this a great opportunity for another male university student looking for convenient, ready-made accommodation in Birmingham.

Collegiate must approve the replacement tenant, and the official tenancy transfer process must be completed before the handover can take place.

📩 INTERESTED?

If you meet the eligibility requirements and are interested in taking over the room, please get in touch.

We’re happy to answer any questions, provide further information or arrange a viewing.

PLEASE NOTE: Enquiries will only be considered from male applicants currently enrolled as full-time university students.
