My housemate is moving up to live with his partner and so I am looking for a friendly, sociable and clean flatmate. I am a teacher who goes to the gym in the week so in the week I would want the flat to be calm but on the weekends I am up for socialising.
The room is smaller than my current room but for four years the rent has never changed and is great value for money in the area that we live in. There are great pubs, food places, cafes, gyms nearby.
The rent is £400 a month plus bills which would be about another £150.
