Room for rent located in Aston University campus. Owned by Unite Students, the flat has 4 other roommates with a shared kitchen for the flat. The room has an ensuite including toilet and shower, desk, shelves, cupboard and bed already. The room comes with built in Wi-Fi with Ethernet compatibility as well as a plethora of wall sockets. Central heating is also available but is automatically turned on when temperatures drop below 4 degrees.
Current flatmates are 2 boys and 2 girls who are all very friendly and chatty. They often bring friends over but cleanliness is always maintained afterwards, however, it can get a bit loud at times but very rarely. Anyone wanting to move in will surely get along with the other flatmates.
Some benefits included are that water and electricity bills are covered by Unite Students, 24/7 security, washer and dryers, common room and more. If there are any issues that occur, there is also requests that can be sent out and someone from Unite Students can come and sort it. Any parcels can be collected from the reception open from 9.00 AM - 8.00 PM.
