Bright, cosy three-bedroom home in a quiet residential area near Birmingham city centre. We occupy one room and share the house with up to two other guests; one would be you. Each guest room has a single bed, a dedicated workspace a lockable door for privacy and a newly renovated bathroom only shared between 2 people.

All bills included: utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi are covered in the price—nothing extra to pay.

Note for this period: I (the male host) will be living abroad for several months and only visiting occasionally. During this time we are seeking female guests to share the house with my girlfriend. Please read and accept the house rules and cleanliness standards before booking.

Bathrooms: there are two bathrooms; you will have exclusive use of one of them, which we never use.

The guest bathroom was fully renovated six months ago.

Fit & vibe: we’ve consistently had the best experience with guests around our age (roughly 20–40) who are sociable, considerate, and looking for a calm, clean place to live.

IMPORTANT (please read before booking)

• Single occupancy only in each room. No couples or extra guests.
• Quiet hours: 23:00–07:30. Showers only before 23:00 or after 07:30.
• Footwear: no outdoor shoes indoors (carpeted areas) – please use indoor footwear.
• Cleanliness: clean the kitchen after use and leave no standing water or damp in the kitchen or bathroom.
• Accessibility: not suitable for reduced mobility – there are stairs and the guest bathroom is downstairs.
