Urgent replacement required, I am moving out as I am relocating to another city.
This is a student accommodation called as Penworks house by IQ
The place is very good and when it comes to the flatmates, I have been living here since almost 8 months.
They are among the few nicest people, I ever met in Birmingham.
You won't feel left out or ignored, if you are a good cook you can even share your and try different cultured food and if you are not so good with food definitely you'll get some tips and tricks to start with.
Every now and then, there is something happening in Penworks so you'll meet a whole lot of new people and can make friends very easily.
I really don't want to move out but due to carrier demands I have to take this step, so if you think you'll love to stay here please at least enquire about the property.
