Hey everyone,

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my shared house from the 8th November. The contract is rolling.

It is a lovely 4 bed house, set over 3 floors. The room advertised is on the top floor (penthouse), with a large 3 door wardrobe, bedside table and under-bed storage. It shared a large family bathroom with two other girls, with a bathtub and separate shower. There's also lots of storage around the house to store any suitcases and shoes.

The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The second floor has a large living-dining room area and kitchen with very comfy sofas and a small balcony. The 3rd floor contains the advertised room, and a second living space with a mounted smart TV and bluetooth fireplace. It also has a large balcony/roof terrace with garden furniture.

The house is in a secure gated community close to the heart of Jewellery Quarter and public transport routes. The furniture is slightly different to the pictures posted on the market advert but you're welcome to come and view if interested.

The current flatmates are Eilis (23) a dietician in the NHS, Miruna (26) an interior designer and Lauren (23) a PHD student. It's a sociable group who love eating dinner and watching TV together as well as trips to the pub, but also all have their own interests and busy lives!

Rent for the room is 630 and bills can vary but around 115. The security deposit is 750.

They are lovely housemates and I am sad to be leaving, so want to find a great replacement for them! I can send more pictures if needed.
