Double room:
£600pcm

Our third flatmate is moving out at the end of Feb and we are looking for someone to join. With council tax and bills we come to around £750 pcm.
We are two professional females (23) and have two guinea pigs. They are caged and we don’t expect you to help maintain them (but they do love a cuddle if you’d like). We are friendly, clean, and sociable and are up for hanging out a lot but are happy to give space too!
Things we do for fun include watching films, arts and crafts, running/gym, and we have a great local pub down the road.
The building includes a small gym, has two rooftop terraces (they’re so good), 24hour security and a parcel room. There’s good communal building areas for working/ other spaces. It’s in the jewellery quarter, 10 minute walk from New Street station.

If you want any other videos or pics let us know, happy to send more.
