I have a huge double room available for rent in a peaceful, residential area. This space is well-suited for someone who values a calm living environment. The place is very close to Leigh, Bolton, Wigan, and easily accessible city provided that you have a car. My current flatmate might be moving out around the end of November, or the end of December- this is to be confirmed

The place is really beautiful, much better than living in the city. You will be provided with a lodgers licensed agreement that will be required to be signed by both parties. A smaller room is also available for £400 including bills and £400 deposit upfront - the room is a decent size, have two set of wardrobes, a bed with a good quality mattress, and a nice desk, it is very clean, suited for a student.
