I have a huge double room available for rent in a peaceful, residential area. This space is well-suited for someone who values a calm living environment. The place is very close to Leigh, Bolton (uni) Wigan, and easily accessible city provided that you have a car, easy access to Trafford Centre. My current flatmate might be moving out around the end of November, or the end of December- this is to be confirmed

I do not have a TV license as I do not watch TV but if you would like to have one then you will be responsible for paying it. Also viewings can be done as and when needed. The place is really beautiful, much better than living in the city. You will be provided with a lodgers licensed agreement that will be required to be signed by both parties. A smaller room will be aavailable for £400 including bills and £400 deposit upfront possibky by the end of December - the room is a decent size, have two set of wardrobes, a bed with a good quality mattress, and a nice desk, it is very clean, suited for a student. My current lodger is currently using the smaller room but the bigger room can be occupied before he leaves. Even if there would be one more person living with us, the place would not be crowded.
