I have a bright double bedroom with a large window available soon in my peaceful semi detached home in Axminster. I also have a single room available for a lesser price.
The double room can have a double bed in it or single if yourd prefer.. It's a furnished room but if yourd prefer your own furniture I'm sure we could arrange for this.
The area is generally quiet with the train station and town centre being a 5/10 minute walk away.
Opposite your room is a stylish bathroom which has a rainforest shower, please see pics. I also have a single room available which could be used as an office space at an extra cost.
Downstairs there is a sitting room with a logburner, large L shaped sofa and table and chairs.
The kitchen is fitted with all modern amenities and yourd have your own cupboard space and space in the fridge freezer. I have a washing machine and tumble dryer under the stairs which are also available for your use. I am however, very keen to minimise my carbon footprint and keep all usage, including all utilities to a minimum.

Outside to the front of the property is a large gravel driveway which you may use for one vehicle. At the back of the property is a characterful garden with seated areas, a large shed, a potting shed and a mixture of fruit trees. You would be most welcome to spend time in the garden, which is well secluded with mature trees and shrubs.

I am an artist who works from my home studio in what was once the dining room. My home is very peaceful and people say it has a calming feel to it. I live with my cat Luna who is very sweet and adores a cuddle! I often go away so feeding Luna would be very helpful. I also have an array of houseplants that may need a water! If not I have friends who can 😀

I would need you to sign a tenants agreement for our peace of mind, and give a deposit of one month's rent prior to occupatency. This of course would be returned in full if no damage has occurred to the property when you decide to leave the tenancy. References and proof of income will also be required. Council tax band is B.
