Hi there, I am 45 female and I have two double bedrooms available for rent in my house from the 1st December 2024. I have three lovely friendly dogs (3 tiny dogs) plus housemates who are 21 and 20, one male, one female. There is a utility room, super fast WiFi, conservatory, large garden with patio plus newly refurbished shared bathroom with bath and shower. There are three toilets, one downstairs, the main shared bathroom and one en-suite bathroom which I use solely. All bills are included. £550pcm plus £250 deposit. There is a main shared bathroom and the first bedroom is fully furnished with built-in wardrobe and double bed, bedside table and lamp plus one set of drawers. The other room is unfurnished and a little smaller.
