Aberley House is situated in the middle of a
long Victorian terrace dating back to the 1800s. The terrace over looks St John’s Tower ( a local landmark) and also the recently restored Tennis courts
.
Aberley house is owned and has been managed by a small local family for over 25 years. We care and respect all our tenants, and have done for many years.

Aberley is located close to Ayr seafront and beach .
Five minutes walk to the town center,
which is close to all local amenities .
The local BUS station is 5 minutes walk.
TRAIN station only 10/15 minutes walk.
The UNIVERSITY and collage is around 20 minutes walk along the lovely river Ayr.
Ayr HOSPITAL is 10 minute drive.
Crosshouse Hospital is quite a distance away if you are travelling by bus!
Sports Center and gym 5 minutes walk.

There are plenty of free parking area’s around Aberley House.
We do not allow push bikes in the building.

Aberley House is home to many people from many countries around the world.
We welcome everyone at Aberley House.
We supply accommodation long term, or short term ( minimum stay 12 weeks) with 2 weeks write n notice,
ideal for people working away from home.
All tenants are supplied with a
Scottish Tenancy lease agreement.
Room: Prices range from £95 to £150 per week
£100 deposit is required.
First week’s rent payable on or before arrival.
