Hey guys!

Very sadly, I have to leave this flat, so I’m looking for someone to take over my double room, located between Brixton & Clapham.

It’s a double room, great for WFH (a few people in the flat do). The room is furnished, and I’m also happy to chat if you’d like to keep / swap / adjust any of the furniture. Very relaxed, easy to discuss.

Location-wise it’s super convenient: 10–15 min by bus to the nearest tube, or about 25 min walk when it’s ☀️. You’ve got loads of grocery options nearby (Tesco, Sainsbury’s + corner shops a couple of minutes away), and tons of parks around, perfect if you’re into running 🏃 (Clapham Common loop, Brockwell, Tooting, etc.).

House vibe: it’s a friendly, calm household of young professionals, one Australian, Charlie, and two French, Tiphaine and Melville, generally quite busy, so not a party house though we are good friends, so it’s a lot of chatting in the kitchen, occasional shared meal, but everyone is also respectful of personal space. Cleanliness matters too, so we’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and easy-going.

Rent is £825/month (excluding bills), with bills usually around £50–60/month (council tax depends on whether you’re a student or a professional). Deposit is £951.75 (yeah, that’s precise). Move-in is ASAP / flexible, and the contract runs until September 2026, then renewal is discussed with the flat.
