High street and Mitcham Road includes Sainsburys' supermarket and 2 Tesco Express stores. Tooting Common and Athletics Track next door ideal for jogging, playing tennis, swimming, weight training.
The house itself has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. There is an old widescreen TV, freeview box and DVD player in the living room. There is a dining area as well. And the house is equipped with modern appliances.
