I am looking for a new housemate to join my lovely Brixton home, as my friend is moving out.

We are a 5 minute walk to Brixton tube (Victoria line) + less than 10 to Brixton train station. Herne Hill + Brockwell park are also close by.

The flat is on the ground floor, but is accessible only by large steps to the front of the house. It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat. The flat is in Lambeth council, London Zone 2.

The available room comes with a large double bed, two built in wardrobes, and a desk with chair.

The housemate preferences on the ad aren't set in stone. Most importantly I'm looking for someone considerate, kind, tidy and sociable; who will enjoy living in a calm and cosy shared home, rather than just a place to sleep or party. No couples.
