The room & home: The room available is a bright and comfortable furnished double room including a desk and WFH setup you’re welcome to use. The bathroom is shared with two of the guys, and there is an additional toilet downstairs. As for the home, it’s a recently renovated fully detached modern home with a large open plan living and kitchen area where we often hang out. We have a great backyard if you’re willing to brave the March temps!

Location: Located in Balham on the edge of Tooting Common, our house is a convenient 5-10 minute stroll to Balham Tube Station (Northern Line and Nationalm Rail) making commutes a breeze. Balham is full of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops to explore too.

The housemates: you’ll be sharing with three great guys - Hayden (29, lawyer), Rob (31, commodity analyst), and Lawrie (28, public relations). We have a great vibe in the house, and are often grabbing dinner together, checking out new pubs, or just chilling at home with a movie. Everyone is really tidy and respectful of eachother’s space. Looking for a like-minded and easy-going person for this sublet – someone who's keen to be a friend as well as a housemate and contribute to our relaxed and enjoyable vibe.
