We’ve got a room available in our flat in Tooting Bec, a great location just 2 minutes from the Northern line, which is ideal, and 5 minutes from Tooting Common, which is a lovely green space to have so close by!

You’ll be sharing with two great housemates, Maya (23) and Val (25), and we’re looking for someone of similar age to move in! Maya is a recent Master’s graduate and Val is a young professional. They are extremely friendly, relaxed, clean and tidy, and just generally very good housemates but are respectful of each other’s spaces.

The flat is well-suited to working from home, with a comfortable setup and a calm atmosphere during the week. We also have a small garden area out back which is great in summer for enjoying the sunshine!
