We are Becky, Jess and Katy - good friends living in a 5 bed house. We have a spare room which we use for visiting friends and family or as an office every now and then. With the increased cost of living, we are looking to rent out our spare room for a minimum of 2 nights a week/ 8 nights a month (we are flexible up to a full week, weekends excluded). Starting from £650pm.

It’s available immediately for a minimum stay of 3 months and up to 6 months, with the possibility to extend. The house is currently on the market, hence the flexible timeline.


The spacious, Victorian style house belongs to Ruth, a lovely vicar in Clapham and just around the corner if ever needed. The house is multi level, with the bedroom available on the second floor. There are two bathrooms, two huge living areas with well laid wooden flooring, a bright open plan kitchen and dining area which leads into a pretty little garden.



The house is situated on a quiet street as there is no vehicle access on one end. It is 5 minutes walk from Clapham South station (Northern line) with a large Tesco and M&S food right at the end of the road. If you head up towards Clapham Common there are many lovely cafe's, bars, pubs and shops and of course the large park for many forms of exercise (park runs, tennis, bootcamp, etc). 



Rent is £650 monthly for 2 nights a week/ 8 nights a month and bills are included. We have a fortnightly cleaners who will clean your room, linen and towels are a possibility. 

We are looking for a respectful, friendly and tidy person who might like a glass of wine at the end of the day. And if you are looking for a relaxed, happy place to be your home from home, this is the place for you.
