I am looking for a new flatmate for a two bed top floor flat in a terraced house. The flat is in a great location, about 15 min walk to both Brixton tube and Herne Hill station. It’s also right next to brockwell park and the lido which is great for summer! It’s super light with big windows, fairly quiet as it’s top floor with occasional noise from the park. The road is mostly quiet and feels very safe!

There is one double room available with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. The bills are not included and are around £150 per month.

Looking for someone to take over my current flatmate’s contract (so long-term ish).

I am a tidy, quiet and respectful flatmate! I enjoy going out for drinks or the cinema in the evenings but also love a night in. I also enjoy hosting dinner/drinks for friends and family!
