I am moving out and am looking for someone to take my room in a lovely 3-bed house in Tooting Bec/Balham by end of Feb/early March.
About the House:
3-bed spacious house, ideally located 7 minutes from Tooting Bec tube station and 10 minutes from Balham for the tube and overground. Tooting Common is at the end of the road, and the award-winning Milk Run is our local coffee spot. The rent is amazing, especially for the area.
You will be living with 2 other girls:
Lucy: 27 years old working in Fashion. Crossfit girlie, loves a yap and leopard print. An icon.
Sophie: 31 years old working in Beauty. Fan of tennis, TV (esp American Office), and loves a wine.
Looking for a clean, friendly housemate to complete the lovely vibes!
Move-in date is 13th February. Must be in full-time employment to pass referencing.
Viewings commencing w/b 16th February.
