Looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of the tenancy which is from March (flexible) - 17th August. Tenant is able to stay on past this if they like the flat.
The room is a spacious double room with good view of Wimbledon FC and is in a large 3 bed flat with large lounge / dining and roof terrace.
The flat is located right next to a Lidl and is easily accessible from Earlsfield station (10-15 min walk) or a short bus to Tooting Broadway.
We are paying Merton Council tax
You would be living with 3 other working professionals who are 31, 33 and 34 respectively. Two of the tenants are a couple and they are all clean and tidy and use the house as a place to relax.
