Looking for someone friendly and clean to replace my flatmate in a 2 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 study flat in Tulse Hill from 1 August.

The flat is spacious, sunny, and located right next to Brockwell Park. Super convenient for buses and public transport (15 min walk/10 min bus to Brixton Station, Herne Hill Station, and Tulse Hill Station).

Room is furnished with a double bed and mattress and has a good amount of wardrobe storage. Rest of the flat is furnished with essentials.

Rent is £1200 p. m.
Bills between £140-160 p. m. (water, gas, electricity, internet and council tax)

Landlord will do financial checks etc. once suitable person found.

Other flatmate will be me - I’m a 33 year old Kiwi living in London! I’m friendly, clean and quiet. I like trying new food spots, bars and pubs and exploring parts of London I haven’t been to. Equally love a cozy night in watching a show. Always happy to have a chat but will give you your space and alone time, as that’s important to me too!
