Hi I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into the second room in my flat as my current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.

The room is massive with high ceilings and access to the garden. We have an amazing living room and there's under stairs storage that fits two bikes. The flat is 1,000 sq ft so plenty of room. The landlord is sound and we rent directly off him so no agents.

The flat itself is right on Tooting Common. 5 mins walk from Streatham Hill overground and 10 - 15 mins walk to Balham.

I am a young professional who's lived in London for 5 years now. I am pretty clean and tidy. Love cooking and the outdoors.
