I’m renting out my bright and spacious double room in a lovely, calm household.

The room comes fully furnished with:
A large mirrored 4-door wardrobe with plenty of storage
A brand-new double bed (you’ll be the first to use it – I’ve just removed the plastic!)
A table, black shelf and fridge (mine)
I will give priority to people who are interested in buying my table, shelf, and fridge. The fridge is especially important, as you’ll need one—downstairs it’s usually full, so you would have to share space and mix your food with others. For this reason, I strongly recommend having your own.

The table is placed right in front of the window and gets plenty of natural light, which makes it ideal if you work from home.

If you’re interested, we can arrange a small discount and discuss a price together.

I also have some additional items available: cushions (including one brand new, never used), a memory foam mattress topper (very comfortable), bed sheets, a duvet, and a bedside brown table that is in the photo.

🛋️ About the house:
The flat is very peaceful and quiet – definitely not a party house. Everyone here is respectful and considerate, which makes it a genuinely relaxing place to live.

All flatmates are full-time professionals, and we have:
A large living room where you can eat or unwind together
A well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for everyone
A garden – perfect for fresh air or summer evenings
Two bathrooms (one close to the room, and another downstairs)
