Lovely double room available in a friendly Balham house, 5-10 minutes from the tube/station.

The Room
The room is upstairs and comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair, shelving unit, bedside table and double bed.

The House
It’s a big, 4 bedroom house with a large open-plan living room/dining area. There’s one downstairs toilet, and an upstairs bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.

We also have an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, and a beautiful, grassy garden complete with a big shed and table & chairs.

The bills aren’t included in the rent and can vary slightly each month but they average out to around £100 a month each.

The Housemates
We’re a friendly group of girls and we're always up to hang out but equally if we need time to chill in our own spaces, that’s totally fine!

Our New Housemate
We’d love for someone to join us who is looking to live somewhere that’s more of a home, and up for hanging out together.

The room will be available from 17th February, with some flexibility either side.
