Hi there!

My name is Simon and I currently live in the flat and I’m looking for someone to move in on the 7th or 8th Feb!

The flat is in a great quiet spot just off Tooting Bec Rd! There is parking (we have permits) and you are only a few minutes walk from the common which is fantastic in the summer!

Nearest amenities are a 7-10 min walk away and Tooting Bec underground is another few mins further!

The flat has two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, attic (great for storage) and two bathrooms, I am in the en suite so the main bathroom is essentially yours!

I am a professional musician so my hours vary, I’m usually really busy come Thursday - Saturdays which means I’ll be out until late in the evening!

I enjoy events, hanging out, cooking, reading, going out, London culture, travelling!

I am a respectful flatmate and usually quiet and considerate anytime of the day and night, I sometimes have friends over or have dinner parties which are always fun! I’m a pretty happy and positive person!

Electricity £40-£60, it varies!

All in I would say £1000 in the summer and maybe a bit more in the winter depending on how warm you like to be! :)
