I have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom in Streatham Hill/Tulse Hill area. You would have the top floor in the house to yourself. The house is a new build, 3 bed, with a large garden and shared living room space on the ground floor and a home office which you can use 2 days per week!

My name is Cecilia, I’m 37, and I work in sustainability full time. I live in the house with my 4 year old cocker spaniel Thibaut, so you must be ok with dogs.

The house is a three bed house but it would just be the two of us, with 2 bathrooms and one WC.
The Room has a double bed, bedside table and a dresser but there is also a possibility to bring your own furniture.

Everything in the house is brand new! There is a washing machine on the ground floor. The room is available straight away (from August).
