Hello! We are Lara, Sam and Alfie 😊

We’re looking for a flatmate to move in between March 10th - 18th.

Spacious ground floor/basement flat with large living room, and kitchen leading out onto private garden. 1 minute to Tooting common, <5 minutes to the tube, 20 minutes to Victoria.

The room is an unfurnished small double bedroom with built in storage, £750pcm (bills not included but around £90 per month). Single occupancy only.

We have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Pets considered, but not dogs as we don't think we've got the right space for a dog.

On-street parking available if you get a resident's permit.

Lara (27) is a PhD student/ uni lecturer and works for Sipsmith. Her thesis is on eighteenth century beer and pub culture.

Sam (24) is works in finance. He likes mountaineering and photography.

Alfie (24) is a product manager and enjoys football and cricket.

References and guarantor/proof of income required. 2 month rolling contract but long term lets preferred.
