Hi everyone! I'm away travelling for a month and am subletting my room from 8th September to 7th of October (although dates are flexible).

Your temporary flat mates will be Lucy and Nathan - Lucy is a policy advisor for the government, and Nathan works in media. We're a friendly and social house, chill together in the evenings and go to festivals and for drinks at weekends, but also have our own separate friendship groups down here.

The house is in Balham, about 15 mins walk from the tube and right next to Tooting Common. The bedroom is on the top floor and has an ensuite toilet but not a shower so I use the showers in Nathan or Lucy's ensuites. This sounds a strange set up but works fine as we coordinate shower times. Lucy is also away for a lot of the dates of the sublet so you'll have exclusive use of her shower then. Nathan and Lucy's bedroom are on the ground floor and the second floor has a big open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is amazinggg!

Rent is £750pcm and bills will probably come to about £100 for the month. I'm flexible with dates so let me know if you'd want to move out earlier or later and pay less/more.
