I have a standard double room .
Rooms is upstairs and south facing.
There is an office for WFH - max 2 days per week. Super fast fibre optic broadband.
This is a friendly house in the heart of Streatham Hill. It is my home and I have a couple of dogs and a cat so no people with allergies or who don't like animals.
Couple of minutes walk to Streatham Hill BR and the bus to Brixton tube (Victoria line). Trains go into Victoria and London Bridge. Balham is a 20 minute walk so plenty of transport on your doorstep.
The house has a new kitchen which has all the appliances you will need . There is a south facing garden which is not overlooked - lovely in the summer.
We're really easy going and my rescue dogs are very affectionate!
Bills included except a once per month £10 kitty for toilet roll, cleaning stuff etc
