The house you are living in is our family home (we have a 2 year old and a new born), but you will have the top floor all but to yourself, with the sitting room just being used as an office in the day time.

The space
The property was completely renovated in 2021 and the 2nd floor extended as shown.

It consists of a spacious double bedroom at the front of the house with ample storage (shelves, hanging rail and chest of drawers) and a light, south facing room at the rear with views across south London, which can be used as a bedroom (it has a sofa/'day bed' which can be extended into a double bed), an office (desk and chair included) or sitting room. There is also a spacious bathroom with a modern 'rain' shower.

Access to the kitchen downstairs is available. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle can be provided in the room also and provision for an airfryer etc.

There is flexibility on rent from £700-£1,200 depending on how much access is required for upstairs living room (i. e. exclusive access is a possibility if wanted as an office/private living space) and downstairs kitchen. Please get in touch for more info.

In order to access the rooms, you will need to walk from the front door up the stairs through the rest of the house in which the host (Oli) and his wife and two children live.
