Hello everyone :) I'll be away for travel for six-seven weeks, on 30.5-16.7, so if you're looking for a pleasant short stay, you got it!

The rent is 750pcm including bills, that's £1125 for the whole stay. The room is small but cosy and surprisingly spacious, with a sofa-bed, a chest of drawers and storage space. Some of my belongings will stay there (neatly tucked away of course), including my furniture, so you’ll enjoy a table and two chairs, and a small library :)
You’ll be sharing with 4 girls - Samar, Saskia, Melanie and Alessia. They’re all lovely, clean and friendly, with different work schedules, so you'll see them pop out at different times.
The flat has 2 bathrooms (yes, with one toilet in each), and a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
The flat is just off Brixton Hill, so you get some quiet from the busy street. It is a 10 minute walk from Brockwell Park (although I'm loyal to Clapham Common. It takes me 10 mins to cycle there).
the flat is a 20 minute walk from Brixton tube station, on the Victoria line. There are also loads of buses that take you almost anywhere you want in London.
During the day, Brixton has all the shops you need, and at night, bars, clubs, you probably know.
There is a small Tesco 2 mins away and a Sainsbury’s local 5 mins away. Within 15 minutes you get to Tesco Superstore and a Lidl.

I've lived here for almost two years now, and I'm not planning on moving out soon. These few weeks will pass you by like lightning, and I'm jealous that you get to spend your time here!
